1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories or manuals provided.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will be issued via a mutually agreed method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on the payment method or banking process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories may also be ineligible.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers must return the defective item and place a new order if desired.
